Most approaches emphasise improving the self or managing thoughts and emotions.
This work takes a different perspective:
Instead of changing thoughts or improving the self, it gently questions the assumption that there is a separate “self” that needs to manage life.
Instead of analysing problems or offering strategies, we look at your experience more closely and explore what is at its root.
Through simple, guided inquiry, we begin to see:
Thoughts are not as fixed or personal as they seem
Emotions can move naturally without constant control
The sense of “me” is present, but not solid or unchanging as it appears
This is not about adopting a belief or philosophy.

How Sessions Work
Each session is one-on-one, calm, and guided by what is present for you.
